A much heard answer to the question “what’s important to you?” is being healthy, but how much time and energy do we actually put into a healthy lifestyle?
Free up time to move/exercise, attention to healthy food, doing things you find important and meaningful and making time for yourself or your social contacts. These are all things that contribute to a healthy lifestyle.
Are you “busy, busy, busy” or do you have a good balance in work and private life. Our lifestyle coaches are specialised in behavioural changes and can help you to take the first step or steps towards a healthier lifestyle.
To guide the conversation, the coach uses (among other things) the questionnaires ‘My Positive Health’ or the so called ‘Leefstijlroer’ to gain insight in what is the most important challenge for you.
