Starting in November, we’re offering personal training sessions during the day, in the evening, and on Saturdays. Our well-equipped gym at the Sports Center at the University of Twente is the ideal location for this. In addition, there are many opportunities for targeted training on the sports fields, athletics track, and outdoor fitness areas. Our integrated approach makes us unique! Alongside our personal trainer, our team consists of experts across various specialties, from sports physiotherapists to lifestyle coaches, so we can support you at every moment and in every aspect. Everything to achieve physical and mental balance!
